SVSH Hearings

LEAVE SITE QUICKLY

Welcome!

When someone chooses to make a report to the University about SVSH-related harm, that report may result in disciplinary action, including aadjudicative hearing. This site provides a wealth of information and resources to assist as individuals prepare for a hearing in an SVSH case.

The information regarding hearings on this site is divided into two categories, based on the campus affiliation (student vs. faculty) of the respondent in the SVSH case

The information on this site reflects new grievance procedures that apply to conduct reported after August 14, 2020. The new procedures are associated with changes that the Department of Education made to Title IX regulations in 2020.

For more information, please see the New Title IX Regulations page of this website. For questions, contact the Office for the Prevention of Harassment and Discrimination (OPHD) at ask_ophd@berkeley.edu.
