Who must take this course
This training is for supervisory and managerial titles, employees with direct reports, faculty, instructors, postdocs, and PPSM 4 and 5 titles.
This course is required by Federal Law & regulations and California State law.
Due date
Please complete the course by the due date listed on your UC Learning Center dashboard and in the assignment email you receive.
For new employees, the course must be completed within 90 days of hire.
Continuing employees who newly become supervisors must complete this training within six months of assuming supervisory responsibilities.
