The “All Sex/Gender” category previously seen in Figure 12 is complex, including discrimination/harassment based on sex/gender, gender identity, gender expression, gender transition, sexual orientation, and pregnancy and related medical conditions. Figure 13 shows a detailed breakdown of those subcategories of sex/gender allegations in reports made to OPHD in FY24. By far the largest subcategory is sex/gender, followed by sexual orientation and gender identity.
