University of California SVSH policies and Berkeley campus (local) procedures
The University of California Policy on Sexual Violence and Sexual Harassment (SVSH) was developed by the UC Office of the President and is implemented locally at each campus.
Federal and State Law and Policies
The University of California complies with state and federal laws related to sexual violence. These include, but are not limited to, the following laws: Title IX, the Clery Act, and CA SB 967 "Yes Means Yes" bill.
