Trends in SVSH-related client visits to Social Services (FY19-FY24)

Annual Reports have tracked SVSH-related Social Services client engagement statistics since FY19. (Prior to FY22, respondent client data was not reported separately.) The dip in FY21 was attributed to the pandemic. Over the past few years, Social Services has experienced an overall decrease in the number of clients (survivors and respondents) served for reasons related to SVSH (Figure 28). Social Services attributes this pattern to decreased staffing capacity.
