The Annual Civil Rights Report (formerly the Annual Sexual Violence and Sexual Harassment Report) is commissioned by the Chancellor of UC Berkeley and published by the Chancellor's Special Faculty Advisor. The information and data in the reports come from numerous campus departments and organizations, including the Office for the Prevention of Harassment and Discrimination, the PATH to Care Center, UCPD, Social Services, and other CCRT and Core Team member units.
