Understanding Reporting Obligations

The Reporting Obligations Quick Guide is designed to help you understand the different types of reporting obligations that campus employees may have. The quick guide covers the Clery Act (Campus Security Authorities), the UC SVSH Policy (Responsible Employees), the UC Anti-Discrimination Policy (Responsible Employees), the Abusive Conduct in the Workplace Policy (Managers and supervisors must report), and the Child Abuse and Neglect Reporting Act or "CANRA" (Mandated Reporters).

Notice of Rights an Options (NORO)

From the Clery Compliance Office: The Notice of Rights and Options (NORO) is a comprehensive guide listing the resources available on campus and locally to survivors of sexual violence and outlines the rights and options of survivors. If you are a Campus Security Authority and learn someone may have experienced a crime, please provide them the Notice of Rights and Options.
