Reports to the Whistleblower Hotline generally peaked in the middle of each semester (Figure 2), a pattern also seen in reports to OPHD and in client contacts at confidential resources, as seen in later sections of this report. The fall 2022 semester peaked in the months of October (17 reports) and November (15 reports). In spring, the monthly peak occurred in March 2023 (14 reports), though an upswing after the April dip continued into June, suggesting a possible peak in the summer instruction period related to the time when more minors are on campus.
