This section of the report provides data and analysis about protected category harassment and discrimination cases that were closed in 2022-23. Some of these cases were opened in 2022-23, but a number were opened in a previous fiscal year.
The purpose of tracking the number of cases opened or closed in the particular 12-month period covered by each Annual Report is to provide benchmarks over time of the number of cases that have entered or exited various phases of the process. Annual reports do not track individual cases over time, and are not intended to be used for that purpose.
