Once OPHD’s online reporting webform was launched in 2021, it quickly became the most utilized method of submitting complaints (Figure 5). The second most common method of reporting was through email; a smaller subset came to OPHD through a phone call or Zoom meeting.

As with Figure 4, in order to accurately depict the total number of reports submitted to OPHD in 2022-23, Figure 5 includes the 56 “unknown” or “no basis” reports.
